Puff Pastry

This recipe by Paul Hollywood, baker and popular TV personality was shared on his BBC show 'Pies & Puds'. He describes it as "either a poor man’s Wellington, or a posh sausage roll".
We thought we'd take some inspiration from France, using Boudin Noir (Black Pudding) in this variation of a classic French dish Tarte Tatin.
If you like a good Pie then you should really try this one by Kevin Dundon. Chicken, Mushrooms and Black Pudding in a creamy white wine sauce topped with a puff pastry lid. Delicious!
