British Charcuterie Live
In September 2017, Henrietta Green launched British Charcuterie Live – The Home for British Charcuterie. In 2018 British Charcuterie Awards, the first national independent awards, were held to celebrate the best of British charcuterie.
The purpose of the Awards is to recognise the excellence and range of British Charcuterie from traditional to continental-style, to foster awareness, to raise standards, to publicise to the general public and to the trade the increase in British Charcuterie production, and to promote British Charcuterie both in its own right and as a worthy alternative to foreign imports.
They also run tastings and attend fairs and events, both consumer and trade, to further highlight the range, quality and diversity of British Charcuterie.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 The British Charcuterie Live Awards 2020 – the third year, will be carried over to Spring 2021.
